Understanding DLS Method

Core Concept: DLS calculates revised targets based on resources (overs + wickets) available to each team.

Two Resources: The method considers both overs remaining and wickets in hand as resources.

Resource Percentage: Each team's resources are expressed as a percentage of total resources (100%).

Fair Adjustment: When Team 2 loses overs, their target is adjusted proportionally to maintain fairness.

Par Score: The score Team 2 should have at any point to be on par with Team 1's performance.
