Kuwait Sweep Men's Trap Shooting Golds Through Khaled Almudhaf

Kuwait swept the men's trap shooting golds at the Asian Games in Nagoya, with Khaled Almudhaf winning the individual title and Kuwait also topping the team event.

In the individual final, Almudhaf beat Chinese Taipei's Kun-Pi Yang to gold, with China's Ying Qi taking bronze. Kuwait then won the team event as well, ahead of Qatar and Kazakhstan.

The results cap a strong week for trap shooters from the Gulf. Kuwait's Hajar Abdulmalik also took individual bronze in the women's trap final on the same day, an event won by India's Neeru Dhanda with a Games-record score, with China's Yunong Sun taking silver.
