Douvikas' Stoppage-Time Header Completes Greece Comeback Over Serbia

Greece came from behind to beat Serbia 2-1 in Belgrade, with substitute Tasos Douvikas heading in a stoppage-time winner in a dramatic finish to their Nations League opener.

Serbia took a fourth-minute lead through Andrija Zivkovic, set up by returning veteran Dusan Tadic. Greece dominated for long spells and levelled through Christos Tzolis in the 74th minute, before Douvikas struck at the death, meeting a Kostas Tsimikas cross to complete the turnaround, not long after Sasa Lukic had hit the post for Serbia at the other end.

The result gives Greece a perfect start to their Group A2 campaign, which also features the Netherlands and Germany. They travel to face Germany next on September 27.
