Churchill Brothers 0-2 NorthEast United. The game was played at the PJN Stadium in Fatorda, Goa. Ethyan González scored in the 16th minute. Then Antonio Moyano sealed the win in stoppage time, in the 93rd minute, as his right-footed shot deflected into the net after a pass from Abdul Rabeeh. The result extended NorthEast United's unbeaten run to five games this season. After this win, they were provisionally at the top of the table.
